Due to the impact of the COVID-19, the shipping will be delayed. We will do our best efforts to deliver the package safely and quickly.
With an abundance of caution, we have taken the following steps to insure a safe and healthy workspace to reopen.
We have made the following changes to our warehouse operations: Only Corel(CSD),David(CS), Daniel(SCA) and Carson(COO) will have access to the inventory, automated warehouse and shipping, we will continually monitor our health, cleanliness of our work area, and practice safe social distancing when we must interact with others. We will change our packaging times to off hours, ie early morning or late nights to reduce our interaction with others in the community for package drop off and delivery pick up. Orders will ship delay 1-2 business days due to a shift in hours. We will limit all of our interactions with vendors and suppliers to only virtual. Due to the change in hours for packaging this will limit our customer phone service, please always feel free to leave a message or send an email and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Please also note that we have discontinued guaranteed delivery times, they are no longer possible due to the current state of overload the carriers are experiencing. This overload will also cause extended delays on delivery times.
We will offer UPS/FedEx shipping service at this time due to USPS Domestic Shipping Prohibitions & Restrictions.
